Barry Morgan has reported the

oil industry across several continents for over two decades and half of this has been spent in Africa. He has a Law degree from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London and a Masters of Law in Petroleum Law and Policy from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum, Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP), University of Dundee. He has won several awards- one of which is the African Industry Journalist in   2001.
