i think nigeria do not have to subsidize anything if our refinaries are working , but past decay and neglect has placed us in this present position, our refinaries are not working , we have to import , if we are refining then we can decide our price and decide hoe much we sell out side nigeria.
ReplyDeletewe all know that some marketers or oil supplers do take our subsidized oil out side nigeria, we have a porouse costom ple , any thing come in and out of nigeria, when the sell at high price ,this pple will still go back to the Government to give them recieptthat indicate that they had sold their own commodity at the official rate. but the question i am asking is this can i as a private person establish a refinary with this subsidy in place ?
