Shell: Going underground | FT Business Notebook


 
Royal Dutch Shell's disused Goldeneye gas platform could soon get a fresh lease of life, pumping millions of tonnes of CO2 into depleted reservoirs deep below the seabed, in what would be the world's first carbon capture and storage project involving a gas-fired power plant.
