The GEORGE KERRY LIFE FOUNDATION (GKLF) is established particularly for the service and welfare of Nigerians who have limitations reaching their full potential and living life to the maximum due to Disability, Disease, Illiteracy and Poverty . It was founded by Former Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria - Dr. Matilda Kerry in honor and memory of her Father the Late Dr George Kerry.

Dr George Kerry passed away in Delta state in the year 2005 following Heart failure and would have been saved if only Emergency Medical health care was available in the rural village of Owerri Olubor in Delta State. The GEORGE KERRY LIFE FOUNDATION is founded in his memory to bring about Health care reforms and make basic preventive and life saving health care services available to every Nigerian.

The 2010 Christmas Bake Sale

The annual bake sale comes up on Sunday, the 19th of December, 2010 to raise funds for Cervical Cancer awareness. We will feature special christmas cakes prepared and donated by the biggest and best bakeries in Nigeria!

All funds raised from sales/auctions of these cakes will go to raising Nationwide Cervical cancer awareness in Nigerian universities.

Participating bakeries include: Cakes and cream, Delibakes Pastries, Cakes by Tosan, Ooh la la, Absolute Elegance, Odus Martiello, Licious Desserts, Chocolate Royal, Roberts Cakes, Cactus and lots lots more!
